Changeover and cleaning for Air BnB/cottage
- restocking of toiletries & any other supplied items
- bed Linens, kitchen & towels changed out (requires multiple sets available)
- Laundry can be done onsite/offsite (additional charges apply)
- keep an eye out for damages, missing or left behind items and report asap to the Airbnb Host
- Dusting furniture, fans, window sills, and other surfaces
- Changing sheets or making beds
- Cleaning inside the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and other appliances
- Doing the dishes
- Spot checking windows and cleaning mirrors
- Cleaning counters
- Sanitizing door handles and light switches
- Sanitizing showers, bathtubs, sinks, and toilets
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Taking out any trash to designated holding spot
- Leaving any note requested to the customer

- damp wipe of switches, cabinet doors & handles, sinks(shiny), countertops, microwave, exterior appliances (accessible surfaces), table/chairs, fridge emptied and cleaned of any open/expired food left behind

- damp wipe of switches, cabinet doors & handles
- clean shower enclosures, tubs and tiles, sinks, mirrors, toilets and polish fixtures
*****bedrooms/living areas*****
- damp dusting with microfiber cloth and all purpose cleaner to wipe down switches, end tables TV stands etc.
- furniture vacuumed off and under couch cushions every so often

- vacuumed/mopped
- under furniture, couches, chairs (if vacuum/mop fits underneath)
